If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will be issued. Please come with a fresh, ๐ข๐ซ๐ค๐ ๐ญ face. ๐ญ๐ฎ mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner, etc. Lash extensions ๐ฃ๐ฎ ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ณ stick to dirty lashes. Please ๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐จ๐ฃ drinking coffee or caffeinated beverages before your appointment. Please do not wear any hair style that prevents you from laying flat. (low bun, ponytail, etc.) Please refrain from chewing gum. If you wear contacts - please ๐ฑ๐ค๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ต๐ค them before your appointment. You may bring ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ค guest with you to your appointment. There is a ๐ฅ๐ฑ๐ค๐ค parking lot on Candee Avenue - across the street from the studio. Additional parking behind Main Street on both sides. ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ค ๐ง๐ฎ๐ด๐ฑ parking on Main Street. Cancellation Policy
Please confirm with the confirmation text sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. If we donโt hear from you, your appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will apply.
Please be on time to your appointment. Make sure you are leaving yourself extra time for travel and parking. If you are more than 15 minutes late - your appointment must be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
NO CALL NO SHOWS will also result in a 50% cancellation fee and you will not be able to book with XTINA Esthetics again.
