If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will be issued. Please come with a fresh, ๐ข๐ซ๐ค๐ ๐ญ face. ๐ญ๐ฎ mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner, etc. Lash extensions ๐ฃ๐ฎ ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ณ stick to dirty lashes. Please ๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐จ๐ฃ drinking coffee or caffeinated beverages before your appointment. Please do not wear any hair style that prevents you from laying flat. (low bun, ponytail, etc.) Please refrain from chewing gum. If you wear contacts - please ๐ฑ๐ค๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ต๐ค them before your appointment. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, additional guests, including children, can not be brought into the treatment space. Please ๐ฃ๐ฎ ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ณ park in the driveway of the studio. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours of notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
NO CALL NO SHOWS will result in a 100% cancellation fee and you will not be able to book with XTINA Esthetics again.
